    • Carrier: International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or UPS, depending on the destination.
    • Delivery Times: Shipping to most international locations takes up to 5-7 business days after processing.
    • Please note that duties or taxes that may be incurred for orders shipped outside European Union are the responsibility of the client. These charges are not included the total in the total at checkout and may be billed separately by the customs authorities in the destination country

    UNDELIVERABLE, LOST, OR RETURNED PACKAGES

    • Responsibility: Glow Hair is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once in the hands of the carrier, contact your local post office for any issues.

    REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CHARGEBACKS
